  • Do I need to book in advance?

    We welcome both walk-ins and appointments. However, to ensure availability, we recommend booking in advance—especially for longer sessions or specific therapists.

  • Can I choose my preferred therapist?

    Absolutely! You’re welcome to request a specific therapist. Please note that we operate on a turn-by-turn system, so availability may vary. To accommodate your preferred therapist, some flexibility with your appointment time may be required.

    Feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.

  • What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

    Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you feel uncomfortable with your therapist within the first 10 minutes of your session, please let us know—we’ll happily assign another therapist with no questions asked.

    To ensure fairness for all, we allow up to two therapist changes per session within that initial 10-minute window.

    We genuinely encourage open communication. Your well-being matters, and we want every visit to Oranee Remedial & Thai Massage to leave you feeling cared for and completely at ease.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, free parking is available at the back of the shop for all our customers.
